Over 60 years of experience in the herbal production
We produce thyme, savory lemon balm and sage
We care about the highest quality
Spice with a distinctive bitter and spicy taste, which thanks to essential oils is widely used in many fields. It has a bactericidal and fungicidal effect and cures diseases of the upper respiratory tract. It is also used in cosmetics. In the Fajsławice district thyme is grown since the early ’50s. To this day it is grown by traditional methods in small family farms in ecologically clean areas without industry.
The balm is most known for its soothing and antispasmodic effects. Due to the high concentration of vitamin C, it is characterized by anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties. Drinking tea and brew helps in diseases of the digestive system. Applied externally prevents oily skin and seborrhea problems.
An annual plant is grown primarily as a spice and medicinal material. It is a component of blends for indigestion. Improves appetite and is beneficial to the digestive processes. Thanks to such properties it is applicable in the kitchen – mainly during the preparation of heavy dishes. Our savory after cutting is dried in herb drying rooms at a temperature that helps to preserve its natural color and unique properties.
Salvia is a plant known in antiquity. Helps to calm and has antibacterial properties. It is used as a medicine (improves digestive system, has anti-inflammatory effect), cosmetic material (decreases sweating) and a spice used for many dishes. It can also be used as an ornamental plant, rejuvenating flowerbeds and gardens.
A family business
Thympol is a family business. Already in the 60s of the last century, grandparents started growing herbs on their farm. The first dryer was built in 1995 and we have been dealing with drying and processing herbs since then.
